Thank for the opportunity to express my opinion of this product. Unfortunately I’m surprised at the ‘flimsyness’ of the product.
6 years ago I purchased a similar XL enclosed litter box that is outstanding! But decided to change it out as one has to at some point due to litter aroma that can stay in the plastic tray. The old product was of steady strong plastic, well made with strength and weight and you could tell it was an excellent product and made in Belgium!
We were surprised however tk receive this one, a similar product but the plastic is almost ‘half strength’. It’s like the plastic has been changed to a more flexible light but weaker version.
For an extra large it also seemed smaller.
Please return to the incredible quality plastic and strength of your older models. People are willing to pay for an exceptional product that’s worth it.
