Modern Pets will at our discretion repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 1 year from purchase date.
Warranty does not apply if:
Toys
No toy is indestructive. Always supervise your dog when using a toy of any kind. Inspect toys regularly for damage and remove and replace if broken, or if parts become separated, as serious injury may result.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to customercare@modernpet.com.au, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Colours
Whilst every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of the manufacturing process, fabric dyes etc. and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. Whilst the images are deemed accurate, it is to be viewed as a guide only.

Please note, Modern Pets will handle warranty claims for the initial 12 months. Following this period, all warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, Superior Pet Goods.
