Warranty Policy

Modern Pets offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99 to most metro cities and major regional centres across Australia (excluding oversized items). Please enter your suburb/ postcode above to check the shipping cost (if applicable) and estimated delivery date. Orders are typically dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre within 1–2 business days.

Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping:

Metro Melbourne: 2–5 business days
Other cities and large towns in VIC: 3–6 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–7 business days
Other interstate locations: 4–14 business days

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I was unsure if to spend this much money on this but WOW this is a ROLLS ROYCE just fantastic well worth the money

This is a really well made pet pram, so easy to use and rolls on dirt roads, gravel etc with ease, easy to fold up for the back of the car, or older dog absolutely loves it and so does the puppy when he gets tired! Fits two Jack Russell’s with ease, great storage in the bottom and the back pocket, we love being able to bring our old boy everywhere with us now so happy :) :)

I just purchased this pram 2024, I were originally going to get the blue/grey, but opted for the black. It is stunning. Looks very expensive, is well built a pushes awesome. Has 2 leads for safe open travelling for training. Folds super easy, and is light. I am 5'8" so I love the height. If you are short and don't like your arms up, this one might not be the one for you, as no adjustment in handle. The green, which normally I would not like is so beautiful. Highly recommend this pram and the seller Modernpet was fabulous to deal with. Victoria Ballarat.
