Most parcels are delivered by Australia Post, though we occasionally work with other couriers. The timing of your delivery will depend on the method you choose. For those who opt for Express post, you can expect your items to arrive the following day after shipping.

The default shipping method is Signature Required (SR), unless Authority to Leave (ATL) is selected at checkout. If no one is home with SR, parcels will be taken to your local Post Office. If ATL is selected, we are not responsible for replacement costs if the parcel goes missing.

I bought this for my dog as he has a thick undercoat and moults a LOT so thought it might help…it’s very good! The first brush session I did on him there was a huge pile of fur at the end of it. Highly recommend, its probably nothing a rubber brush/ glove couldn’t do but the steam is giving him a “mini bath” and is making his fur cleaner…a little less stinky : ) great for an old dog that refuses a bath but loves a brush. The brush part does unhook from a couple of the “feet” that keeps it in place sometimes but not a big problem, I just push them back in…cleaning the brush is easy because the rubber part does come off completely.
It was good till the start button broke
Very disappointed. The brush steams but regularly drips droplets of water onto my cat(he doesn’t like that). Also brush loses the brushed fur which flies everywhere while brushing.

For the dripping issue, we recommend double-checking that the water cap is securely sealed and ensuring the water is not filled beyond the recommended level, as this can sometimes cause excess droplets.
Regarding the fur not being collected properly, this shouldn’t happen during regular use. Could you please send us a video demonstrating the issue? This will help us troubleshoot or identify if the item is faulty. If it turns out to be a fault with the product, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement for you.
It’s really good, except the brush top keeps falling off. When it’s on it works well though.

Have tried several of what is typically available for cat brushes but our cat did not like them. I saw the steam brush and thought that it was worth a try so I ordered and couldn't be more relieved. First time cat did not want to know but it didn't take long before he enjoyed the experience. A neighbour who has cats have heard of this brush but was sceptical so I took our brush up to her and was sold. It's not a massive amount of steam to scare a cat however is therapeutic.Highly recommend this brush.
