Mayitwill Cat Castle Semi Closed Litter Box, White

Good quality but my cat prefer open tray unfortunately. She has 3 litter box... all she uses. Still using but not favourite one

If only manufacturers had taken the sides further up in this litter box- it wouldn’t have the problem of cats weeing on the sides and it leaking out into the floor requiring a whole clean of the litter box and surrounding floor. taking the top off and cleaning the litter that way (with no joins in the plastic, just one big bowl) rather than a drawer would have been a more successful design. I am now trying to figure out how to modify this issue myself.

Although the design and quality of the materials seem great, the actual kitty litter area is far too small for my cat to walk in, scratch/ turn around. I will have to return the product as I know there is no way my car would be comfortable using the product.

The litter tray is great and my cat loved the scratch pad at the top but because the opening cuts off almost half of the usable litter tray space, my cat was always cramped in the box and started to go to the toilet everywhere else besides the box. And since we had used it we could not get a refund for the product, only $50 store credit. The manufacturing company needs to fix this issue to prevent more customers having the same experience.
