The unit was in very poor condition when received but too much trouble to pack up and send back. None of my cats are remotely interested in this thing - whether the ‘A’ is in or out. I think it must smell off to them! They scratch all day long on ordinary Kmart scratchers (or my lounge!). Must be the reason it was so reduced in your last sale. Total waste of money.

Such a great design being that you receive 2 cat scratchers in one. I have kept mine separated and the kittens love climbing inside and jumping over the big one and playing with the balls with bells in them
